Coincidence
Yesterday I wrote about McSweeney’s and Dave Eggers. Afterwards I took the bus to the park and ride, got in my car and turned on NPR. I heard about the group One Ring Zero who play some really cool music featuring strange instruments and lyrics by various authors. One of those authors is Dave Eggers.
i love the new look. very mod. and dave eggars. have i mentioned how much i love dave eggars and his literary works. except ‘you shall know our velocity’ which sucked. but except for that, i am a big fan of all things mcsweeney. have you read their newish magazing, ‘the believer’. it’s my current fix. being a big fan of the streaming audio, i’ll have to check out ‘one ring zero’. up til now, my main streams have been npr and kcrw. keeps me sane.
