		<description>I actually got one.  It was a terrible moment of weakness but after reading about it and its various features and functions, I just *HAD* to get it.  Yes, it indeed does scratch up easily but I figure its end of life will be in less than two years.  I absolutely LOVE the fact that it can charge from USB, very handy when I&#039;m on the road with my laptop.

However, I *HATE* iTunes.  Organizing music, my ass.  I can see how it would be useful if you had MP3s that had nice and orderly id3 tags, but I&#039;m not about to go through my 1,800+ files and fix them.

I still can&#039;t believe I own an Apple product, much less an iPod...shame...

Go ahead, buy it, and definitely pay the extra $50 for the 4GB.  I stupidly thought 2GB would be enough since my previous player was 256MB, but as soon as I started filling it up, I got the Buyer&#039;s Remorse and did the cost-benefit analysis of the extra 2GB...DAMMIT!
