It always seems to be the spoken lines that are really hard to hear. I'll have the volume cranked up to hear what they're saying and nearly blow my eardrms out when the shooting/action starts. *Sigh*. I too am in want of something else to watch now. Battlestar is okay but I don't CRAVE it and I'm not upset when I miss an episode (I still have yet to see one of the new episodes this season). On the other hand, I like Farscape so much that although I have Netflix and a DVD-RW, I still spent close to $300 to get all 4 boxed seasons. I don't think I'll ever be that crazy for something again...unless Firefly starts having regular seasons (which may not need that much wishful thinking) - J I agree about the need for subtitles.
