After reading The Making of a Restaurant I want to open a restaurant. I think I’d call it “BOOM” or something like that, it would be a place you wouldn’t have to dress up to go, it would have reasonable prices, and be a blast to visit. Not to mention good food! We’d make hamburgers mostly, though I think I’d let the customers help make the menu, rotate in various items and let people vote. It would be our “dynamenu” or something.
